Reservation Policy:

  • All Reservations to be confirmed from our end over the mail.
  • Check-In time is 1300 hrs and Check-Out Time is 1000 Hrs.
  • If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.
  • Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required at least 15 days before your Check-In date. Kindly also refer our Reservation/Cancellation or Amendment Policy.
  • Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
  • We may charge compulsory gala dinner supplement on Christmas / New Year's event or other festive periods. The needs to be cleared separately.
  • Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner timings to be followed as per the hotel guidelines.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Within 15 days of Arrival Date/ No Show: No Refund
  • However following deductions would be levied
  • 15 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival - 50% of the total package cost.
  • 30 Days & More- No Deductions would be levied.
  • Booking Confirmation is subject to receipt of full advance amount from the guest/ their representative travel agent or tour operator at our Office only.
  • The Applicable Tariff, packages are subject to change without prior intimation.
  • In case of non-availability of the rooms at our respective hotels for reasons, The Hotel would be arranging alternative/ similar accommodation.
  • Confirmation is subject to force majeure clause

Ammendment Policy

  • Amendments will be treated as cancellation.
  • Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.
